We specialise in general eCommerce products, including apparel, health & wellness, home goods, and subscription boxes. We do not handle dangerous goods.
While we highly recommend that all products have barcodes (e.g., UPC, EAN, or SKU labels) for efficient and accurate fulfillment, we can work with unbarcoded items as well. In these cases, each product must have a clearly labeled SKU on the packaging to ensure proper identification and handling.
Yes. Once an order is shipped, tracking information is automatically generated and sent back to your eCommerce platform.
